July 2005 to December 2005 (Successfully Completed Year Up Internship)
Prior to the State of Rhode Island I was a member of Citizens Banks
Desktop Architecture Team where I was responsible for the creation and deployment of automation software, Visual Basic
6 front ends for WMI, VB, Batch files, Java script, and Visual Basic 6 and .NET applications for Windows PE including network
logons, auto drive mapping, and Norton Ghost 8 auto deploys.
My Daily Duties Included but were not Limited to:
- Responsible
for image creation, maintenance, and deployment on Win-PE/Ghost platform.
- Implemented ongoing improvements to image deployment standards and methodology
- Designed and developed tools to accommodate customers' needs
- Maintained documents and records related to all image development.
- Provided alternative deployment methods for Citizens Bank's unique proprietary
environment
- Tested and supported new hardware integration
into Images (Chipsets, Video,Audio, Mass Storage (raid) and Printers.)
